Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fuel & Forge (the "Service"), on the web and as native iOS/Android apps. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Fuel & Forge is an AI-assisted training, nutrition, and physique-coaching application. Features include workout tracking, nutrition logging, AI food/physique analysis, AI-generated training programs, an AI coaching chat, and related tools.

2. Not Medical Advice

Fuel & Forge provides fitness and nutrition information and AI-generated suggestions for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness guidance. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new training or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition. AI-generated analysis (food, physique, coaching) can be inaccurate or incomplete — use your own judgment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access, no payment required.
After the trial (or after reaching the free-tier usage limit, whichever comes first), continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription (monthly, annual, or lifetime).
On the web, subscriptions are billed via Stripe. In the iOS and Android apps, subscriptions are billed through Apple's or Google's in-app purchase systems and are subject to their respective terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. On the web, cancel any time from Settings. In the apps, manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, or per Apple's/Google's own refund policies for in-app purchases.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the Service, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, reverse-engineer or scrape it, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use it to harm others.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (photos, logs, messages). By submitting it, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it back to you as needed to operate the Service, including sending it to our AI processing providers to generate the analysis you requested.

8. Social Features

If you use social features (friends, sharing, leaderboards), content you choose to share may be visible to other users you connect with. Don't share anything you don't want visible to those users.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content, uninterrupted availability, or that the Service will meet your specific needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuel & Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
